JD Lindeberg, President of RRS, will help us shift the 3 Rs paradigm by exposing the artificial barriers to more effective programs created by backward-facing regulatory policies and legacy technical systems. His presentation will highlight communities and programs around the nation that have changed the results by bringing a set of more creative, future-focused solutions to the effort.

A brief overview of MRA metrics followed by a panel discussion around the typical and atypical steps taken to achieve compliance, the relevance of those metrics given the evolving waste stream and alternate metrics that might better address the waste management issues of the 21st century.
