State & Local Laws Mandating Minimum Recycled Content Webinar – September 24, 2 – 3:30 eastern: State and regional minimum recycled content mandates and how that relates to recycling market development is the theme of this webinar.  Increasingly, minimum recycled content mandates are being recognized as a potent driver for supporting recycling markets.  We will hear from the State of California and King County, Washington. This webinar is the first in a two-part series on minimum recycled content being offered jointly by NERC and NEWMOA.
