The 17th Annual “Rethink Recycling” Sculpture Contest was
held on November 30 at the Maryland Department of Environment with top
prizes going to students from Carroll County, Harford County,
Baltimore County, and Garrett County. 

The event began with a welcome from Ben Grumbles, Secretary, Maryland Department of the Environment, followed by opening remarks from Maryland First Lady Yumi Hogan. Twenty-three schools participated this year totaling 62 entries. Congratulations to the top winners …
